IKEA Cookbook

I love visualizing steps and instructions, making food and design, so when IKEA create a cookbook (Homemade is Best) to encourage consumption of IKEA Kitchen appliances available, they did it right and allowed design to take the lead. And apparently there is an app too.

Massive Health (by Methodology)

There seems to be an overabundance of bad infographics floating around the web today. However Massive Health did a good job in creation of We Are What We Eat, a series of infographics explaining the eating habits and perception of health according to different people. They've also created an iPhone app, The Eatery, that allows you to photograph your food and get a health rating, allowing you to become actively aware of your eating habits.



Inception Explained (by Matt Dempsey)



Inception was a pretty intense and complex film to digest in a single sitting, with all the characters and dreams within dreams and extractors, marks, and architects. So UX/UI designer Matt Dempsey decided to create, Inception Explained, a simplified icon explanation of the filme to keep track of the characters and general plot line.
