I love JAMAICA!

No not the island. I love the drink, hibiscus iced tea. Tried it for the first time at Agua Verde this weekend--by the way was not as good as the great reviews. The mexican food was pretty mediocre...then again I had the Burrito de Mole and J had Tacos Carintas; maybe we should have tried the fish tacos. Nonetheless our meal was nothing to write home about. Puebla in NYC still and forever will be the best Mexican I have ever had. So put aside the traditional iced tea this summer and get yourself some Jamaica, hibiscus iced tea. Here's an easy recipe...
