quincy toys = BAD

I don't like to rant about my hates...but Quincy toys has rubbed me the bad way. I ordered some Christmas items for the kiddies, and after two weeks, I have still not received a notification of extended delay. This is very irresponsible not to notify your customers that your shipment will be delay for 15+ days, especially when Christmas is so close and people are bound to be traveling early. I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST ordering from QUINCY TOYS. Unless you like to make cute innocent little children cry their eyes out, don't order from Quincy!

I also have had a bad experience with Quincy Toys. I placed an order on November 29, 2006. I received half my order promptly and was notified that the second part would be shipped out on December 4. I made several phone calls during their supposed business hours with no answer, so I left messages. I sent e-mails with no response. I finally got a hold of Quincy on January 12, 2007. I told them of the toys that I never received and the ladies response was "Oh ya, it's sitting here.Sorry" TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!
